violence
Moderate violence includes undetailed gunfire and explosions, as well as martial arts fighting featuring crunchy kicks, punches and bodyslams. During a prolonged sequence depicting a martial arts tournament, a man delivers repeated punches and kicks to a woman’s head and body, bruising her face and making her cry out in pain, but she subsequently overpowers and defeats him. The violence infrequently results in brief bloody detail.
language
Bad language includes ‘whore’, ‘bitch’, ‘shit’, ‘bastard’, ‘asshole’, ‘ass’, ‘hell’, ‘damn’, ‘Jesus’ and ‘God’.
sex
Moderate comic sex references and innuendo include comments about breast size and penis size. A man complains about a ‘special part’ of his body that isn’t ‘hard’ when he wants it to be, but then reveals he’s talking about his heart. During a dream sequence, a female instructor orders female recruits to wear makeup for the purpose of ‘seducing men’.
sexual violence and sexual threat
In a comic sequence containing brief male and female rear nudity, a male police cadet is caught spying on the women’s showers by a senior officer. As punishment, he is forced to bathe outdoors for the ridicule of his female peers.
Male police cadets openly stare at their female peers and make sexist comments. Though these sequences are played for laughs, such behaviour is not endorsed by the film as a whole. There are mild sequences of gun threat. During scenes of hazing, cadets place flaming bags of faeces next to the beds of new recruits, forcing them to stamp on the bags to put them out.
