DO I SOUND GAY? is a US documentary about a man struggling with his own feelings about how his voice marks him out as gay.

Language

There are several uses of strong language ('f**k'). Milder bad language includes 'bitch'.

There are also some uses of homophobic terms, such as 'faggot', 'sissy' and 'pansy'. These are not endorsed by the work as a whole.

Sex

There are a few short clips of strong sex as featured in a porn film. Large pixels blur out any nudity or explicit detail as a man thrusts into a kneeling man from behind, a man's head bobs in front of a man's groin, and a man rises and falls on another man's lap.

There are also verbal sex references, including a comment about sodomy and a couple of jokes about oral sex.

Other issues include some moderate violence in a real video of a young teen being struck by classmates. There is no visible blood or injury detail.

There is also some smoking in clips from old films.
