ALLURE is a US drama following a 16-year-old runaway who develops a damaging relationship with an older woman.

Theme

Child abuse is a theme of the film. A woman grooms a teenager, then sexually and physically abuses her. It is implied that the woman has been abused by her own father.

Violence

A woman beats and smothers a man during sex. She herself is later assaulted, and it is implied she has been raped.

A woman plies a teenager with alcohol and unspecified drugs.

There is sexualised female nudity.

There is use of strong language ('f**k'), as well as milder terms such as 'bitch' and 'Jesus Christ'. There is infrequent use of the discriminatory term 'faggot'.
